At Garnish Hair Studio, we believe the most important part of your salon experience starts with the perfect consultation. Our team of professional stylists go beyond striving for “client satisfaction,” we are dedicated to delivering “client love!” In our efforts to be the best, and to offer the highest level of service, we provide each client with an in-depth, efficient, and personalized consultation at the beginning of each salon visit.
As you would expect personalized care when visiting your physician, dentist, or massage therapist, our stylists will take the time to talk to you to find out how things are going now, how you’re feeling about your hair, what’s bothering you, and what can we do to help you feel amazing.
At the beginning of your appointment your stylist will start with an in-depth consultation to find out what your current hair challenges are. We will talk about what type of look you want to achieve, and learn more about your lifestyle so we can provide you with a custom and amazing look that is perfect for you. During this consultation, your stylist will spend between 10 – 15 minutes with you asking you a series of questions and documenting everything to keep in your personal client chart. Just like your physician, this means that the next time you come in for your appointment we will review your chart from your last visit. We will spend the time with you to find out how the solutions we provided you during your last appointment worked for you, address any new concerns, and what we can do to make you feel amazing and love your hair all over again.
As of April 1, 2016, Clients whose appointments for services that are 2 or more hours in length will be required to place a credit card on file at the time of booking. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, or if you miss your appointment, please refer to our Cancellation Policy below.
Please be advised that any appointment cancellations that occur without 24-hour notice, or if you do not come in for your appointment, we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit should you want to schedule another appointment. You will also be charged a “Missed Appointment” fee. Please refer to our “Missed Appointment Charges” below.

-3+ Loss of deposit
Should you arrive 15 minutes late, it is up to the availability and discretion of the stylist to preform the service.
If your appointment is missed, you will be notified via email and left a message about rescheduling.
To begin the extension process here at Garnish you would first book a consultation with Candice, the owner. This can take anywhere from a week to three weeks depending on your availability. During the consultation you will receive a quote that will be good for 30 days. Once you have placed your deposit for your hair to be ordered it can take up to two weeks for your custom ordered hair to be received.
The application appointment can take two weeks to a month to be booked depending on the length of the application. Altogether the extension process can take between three and six weeks. We look forward to meeting you, and can’t wait to get started!
