Tis the Season of Thanks
In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I wanted to sit down and write out a thank you note—dedicated to each and every one of you. Many of you have been with me from the beginning; from my days at Mitchell’s before my passion for hair extensions really took over my business. You all have stuck with me through countless changes over the years, from different locations, to the building of Garnish, to where we are now.
Some of you are new to the Garnish family, and it’s never easy to experience transition within a business with which you have just connected. And every person who has joined the Garnish family in between, who has helped us achieve our exponential growth, and held on through the process.
Thank you.
Over the past year, our stylists’ schedules have grown busier and busier, and you’ve had to jump on board our process of booking out two appointments to guarantee your ideal appointment time. My own schedule hours have changed, along with which services I offer. I want to thank everyone who has graciously supported my focus on transformational services by transitioning to one of the stylists on my team for your cuts or colors.
As we continue to grow, thanks to all of your support, we anticipate that change will continue to be necessary to best care for our clients and stylists. I wanted to personally thank you for being a part of our growth, and supporting us through these transitions. We couldn’t do any of what we do without you.
Our commitment to you is that we will continue to over deliver on quality of service, and we will continue to strive to be the absolute best at what we do. Creating a space where you can feel empowered to be your best self, along with providing an avenue through which amazing hair can make you feel amazing on the inside too—is our passion.
Lastly, I wanted to give a shoutout to the Garnish team. Growth and change are amazing, but also challenging, and each one of my team members has stepped up and embraced the transitions we have had to make as a salon. Thank you all for sharing my vision for Garnish, and helping to cultivate the positive, uplifting environment that we are known for.
I hope everyone has a restful, joyful Thanksgiving, and I’ll look forward to seeing you all soon.
