We’re getting closer!
While we’re still awaiting the exact reopening date, we’re getting really excited as we prep for what feels more like a grand reopening event. To all of our existing clients who were scheduled during the last two months, we will be prioritizing rescheduling all of your appointments as best we can. And to anyone who is not yet a client who may be interested in getting started on your extensions journey, we wanted to take a moment to shine some light on our virtual consultations.
We’ve found that a lot of you still have questions about hair extensions and how you can get started on the process as soon as possible. Instead of having to wait until we reopened to even have a consultation, we decided to create a virtual consultation option.
Our studio phone is actually a cell phone which makes it really easy to communicate with our guests. It allows us to text, which we find to be even better than voicemail, and more importantly, it allows us to FaceTime for our virtual consults. While FaceTime doesn’t allow you the chance to come into our studio and have the full Garnish experience, it does allow us to provide all of the information you might need and answer any questions you might have.

The application gives us some much needed information and also allows you to upload a current photo of where your hair is at and an inspiration photo for where you’d like it to be. Once we determine you will be a good candidate, we will reach out to schedule your virtual consultation. Appointments are currently offered on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
The consultation cost is $50, which is redeemed off the cost of the extensions if you choose to move forward. The fee covers the virtual consult, all information personalized to you, and a custom quote (sent by email or text following the consultation).
While we will be prioritzing our current guests’ appointments as they had to be cancelled due to the state-mandated shutdown, the first new guest appointments we will be scheduling will be anyone who places a deposit for their extensions while the studio is closed. We will be scheduling these appointments sometime around early July and there will be limited availability. This is why we’re so excited to be able to offer virtual consultations and take advantage of this time we have to get you closer to your hair goals.
Creating amazing extension transformations is our passion and it’s been heartbreaking to not be able to provide that over the last couple of months. We want to do our absolute best to get you started on your hair extensions journey as soon as we possibly can.
