Just like your physician, this means that the next time you come in for your appointment we will review your chart from your last visit. We will spend the time with you to find out how the solutions we provided you during your last appointment worked for you, address any new concerns, and what we can do to make you feel amazing and love your hair all over again.
Appointments that are 2 or more hours in length will be required to place a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, or if you miss your appointment, please refer to our Cancellation Policy below.
Please be advised that any appointment cancellations that occur without 24-hour notice, or for any missed appointments, we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit should you want to schedule another appointment. You will also be charged a missed appointment fee. Please refer to our list of missed appointment charges below.

Should you arrive 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, it is up to the availability and discretion of the stylist to perform the service.
If you miss or are late to your appointment and the service provider cannot perform your service you will be notifed via email and by phone to reschedule your appointment. To secure your appointment we will require a deposit along with full payment of your missed appointment fee. We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise and management will use their discretion when necessary.
Due to the length of time needed to perform your service, a deposit of 50% of the total of the scheduled service will be required to secure the appointment.
– Additionally, for all services between 4 and 6 hours, any changes to your appointment must be made 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
– For all services 6 hours or more, any changes to your appointment must be made 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment.
– If your deposit is forfeited you will be required to make an additional deposit in order to make a new appointment.
We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise and management will use discretion when necessary.
To begin the extension process here at Garnish you would first book a consultation with Candice, the owner. This can take anywhere from a week to three weeks depending on your availability and hers. During the consultation you will receive a quote that will be valid for 30 days. Once you have placed your deposit for your hair to be ordered it can take up to two weeks for your custom ordered hair to be received.
The application appointment can take two weeks to a month to be booked depending on the length of the application. Altogether the extension process can take between three and six weeks. We look forward to meeting you, and can’t wait to get started!
