the 7 steps to a
transformation

The first step is filling out the Hair Loss application. The application provides our team with vital information for assessing your unique hair loss situation, and will serve as a guide for us during your consultation.

Having an in-person consultation is incredibly important to us as it allows us to speak with you face-to-face about your hair goals, any concerns that you have, along with being able to see and feel your hair in person. Photos do not always accurately represent your hair’s condition, hair loss pattern, color, or texture, which is why we recommend you to come into the studio for a consultation prior to scheduling an extension application. This also allows us to color and texture match your hair if you decide to move forward with scheduling. Our consultations are $65, which is applied towards your crown on the day of application. If you are an out of town guest who will be traveling to Garnish to receive your services, we do offer a FaceTime and Zoom consultation. A virtual consultation is conducted just like an in-person consultation, except that we are not able to provide an exact quote due to not being able to see your hair in person. Instead, we provide an estimate for your services and crown. If you decide to move forward with us, we will provide your exact quote during your design appointment.

After your consultation, if you decide to move forward, we invite you in for an in depth design appointment. During the design appointment we are able to color and texture match if we weren't able to do that during the consultation, but more importantly we take precise measurements, map out your hair loss pattern, and decide on important customizations that will make your crown uniquely yours. During this appointment we will also go over some of the important specifications and maintenance considerations for your crown. Once we have your crown completely designed to your unique specifications, we will give you a precise quote for you to sign off on. A deposit is required to move forward, and once received we will order your crown.

All of our custom crowns are made by hand to the exact size, texture, and color specifications for our guests. Because of the bespoke nature of both our semi permanent and temporary crowns, it isn't unusual for them to take anywhere from a few weeks to several months to complete. We keep each of our crown guests updated along the way. We know how hard it is to wait for something you want so badly, but trust us... the ait is ALWAYS worth it!

Once your crown arrives, we will schedule a short preview appointment for you to see your new unit. During this appointment you will have the chance to try on your new crown and we will make any necessary minor sizing tweaks, review any color options, and go over any additional services you will need for a undetectable final fit.

Once you've given the final okay on your crown fit and color, we will get your 'before' photos and schedule your install appointment.

This appointment is where the magic truly happens!

You will leave a completely new woman at the end of this appointment. Whether you are coming in for a completely new look, or you are just looking to fix a worrisome problem area, this is the appointment where it all comes together.

Come ready to spend the day with us as we pour confidence back in to you, strand by strand. And don't forget your lip gloss! We'll be taking your after photos on this appointment day

About 2 weeks after your initial install appointment, we will check in with you to make sure you are getting accustomed to your new crown with no problems. We will inspect your new unit, answer any questions that have come up over your first few weeks wearing your new crown, and get you scheduled for your 1st maintenance appointment
