Quarantine FAQs

We’ve been getting a lot of questions regarding rescheduling appointments that had been booked for the month of April, and how you can get in as quickly as possible once the mandate has been lifted. This is a difficult time for all of us and we want you to know we can’t wait to have you back in our chairs as soon as possible!

Why have you not reached out to reschedule my April appointment?

There is a possibility that the mandate could either be lifted sooner or extended out further. If this were to happen we would have to reach out to reschedule everyone all over again. Extension appointments are not your typical appointment and the amount of time needed from your service is also likely to change as your hair and extension needs change due to your appointment being further out than usual (ie. root color).

When will you be reaching out to reschedule my appointment?

One week prior to the mandate being lifted (set as of now for April 30th) we will reach out to schedule your new appointment. If the date changes, we will reach out to let you all know as soon as we know.

How will you fit in everyone’s appointment?

Keeping in mind that our May schedule was already close to full prior to this happening, we know that flexibility will be needed to get everyone in as quickly as possible. We will be operating on a “triage” type basis in terms of who will be scheduled first, and we will be extending our hours to do our absolute best to get everyone taken care of in a timely manner. Our entire team is committed to working longer hours to ensure we can care for each of you and your hair as quickly as possible.

Is there anything I can do to support my stylist during this time?

The best thing you can do for us is to take proper care of your extensions so we’re doing minimal damage control upon returning to the salon. This means if you need your roots touched up, purchase one of our Color Kits.
