In honor of Mother’s Day we wanted to take a moment to highlight all of the reasons why moms have such a special place in our hearts here at Garnish. Both our mom team members and the women we work with bring so much value to our space.
First of all, moms have so many amazing qualities and especially for our team members we love that they bring these qualities to their work here at Garnish. Moms are caring in so many ways, which is a vital aspect of being an amazing extension artist. Moms also exhibit resilience and strength, which makes for determined and dedicated hairstylists.
We also love that all of our moms have children of different ages, which gives us great understanding and compassion for one another along with assistance as we talk about everything from the mom woes to the amazing accomplishments.
As a team of almost all moms, we also love that we are able to cater to a group of women who don’t often take care of themselves, and rarely, if ever, put themselves first. Many times our mom guests come in tired, having been constantly taking care of their families, and sometimes having barely even looked in the mirror for, well, years.
Choosing Garnish for their hair and extension needs is their investment into themselves, and we cherish being a part of that. It means so much to us to be able to pamper these women and give them some love, knowing this may be the only time they get to themselves.
